From initial clearance and large scale rubbish removal to complex drainage reconfiguration connected to the main line, every stage was executed with careful coordination. Structural modifications included partition wall additions for new bathrooms, wall removals to convert storage areas, and layout improvements across multiple bedrooms. Each adjustment was planned to maximize space efficiency while maintaining structural integrity.
The kitchen underwent full refurbishment including ceiling repair, new flooring, repainting, and boiler replacement to ensure performance and reliability. Throughout the property, we installed new flooring, replaced hallway and stair carpets, repaired and repainted landings, refreshed the loft, and upgraded wardrobes to achieve a cohesive interior finish.
All bathrooms were completely modernized with new tiling, bathtubs, showers, toilet fittings, mirrors, ventilation systems, and upgraded plumbing with new drainage pipes. New light fittings and door lock replacements further enhanced safety and comfort.
